The key here is the consultant will be onsite and need to coordinate with an offshore team, so we will look for prior experience doing that.

eFunds Technical Lead/Onsite Coordinator

Roles & responsibilities

• Collaborate with Application Manager in Houston to prioritize project work
• Proactively communicate with IT team and external clients to support applications
• Coordinate knowledge transfer with IT team in Houston and offshore team
• Ability to multi-task; work with business partners as well as IT teams
• Ensure Manager receives daily/weekly updates regarding active projects/tasks
• Prepare Weekly Project Status for Manager & Director
• Coordinate all work with offshore team; get questions for offshore answered in a timely manner to ensure projects/tasks stay on track
• Ensure all DFS processes/standards are followed by offshore team
