Job Order: Senior QA tester - Inperson interview Required

We are seeking a Senior QA tester to join us as a  Contractor to support a long term opportunity in Lawrenceville  NJ

Duration: Long term
Location: NJ NY CT
Inperson interview Required
Required Skills:
Ä     Consultant should have Prior Development exp Plan, develop and implement test strategy framework for financial services software applications
Ä     Develop solid test documentation, including the creation, maintenance and execution of Test Plans and Test Cases
Ä     Display extensive knowledge on both Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices
Ä     Analyze software problems, provide clear and concise defect reports and follow defect tracking practices based on internal QA standards and processes.
Ä     Conduct Smoke (Sanity) Testing, Functionality Testing, Ad Hoc Testing, Regression Testing and End-to-End System Testing on software applications
Ä     Display knowledge of both manual and automated testing techniques
Ä     Perform Back-End testing specifically in UNIX environment
Ä     Show familiarity with hierarchical and relational databases, and develop SQL/PL*SQL queries to interact with Databases such as Sybase, Oracle 8i +
Ä     Perform Front-End testing in web-based portfolio accounting software and show familiarity with programming technologies like in Java, JDBC/ODBC, Servlets, XML, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, VB.Net, HTML & PERL.
Ä     Exhibit knowledge of regression and performance monitoring automated testing tools (such as QTP, WinRunner and LoadRunner)
Ä     Work closely with internal teams (Development, Project Management, Business Analysis, Data Quality and Production Support) to ensure highest level of quality for software releases
Ä     Display proven analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work within a team-oriented environment
Ä     Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
